4. The commission will consider approval of the Amended PUD Agreement for Cedarbrook Continuing Care Facility.
5. The commission will consider approval of an amendment to the approved PUD for Cedarbrook Continuing Care Facility for the development sign.6. The commission will consider adoption of an amendment to the Vacant Property Ordinance.
7. The commission will consider approval of the Resolution approving Fibertech Telecommunications Permit Application as presented by Secrest Wardle.
8. The commission will hear an update on Code Red / Oak Alert from Chief Hendrickson.
9. The commission will consider approval of revised ballot language regarding single municipal waste hauling services for the November 2014 ballot.
10. The commission will consider approval of the RFP for a Single Municipal Waste Hauler.
11. The commission will discuss a memo from City Manager Cravens on ICMA.
12. The commission will hear City Manager comments.
13. The commission will hear an update on individual lead responsibilities.
14. The commission will consider other business.
15. The commission will move into closed session to discuss contract negotiations with the Public Safety Officers union.
16. The commission will return to open session to consider ratification of a labor agreement between the City of Bloomfield Hills and the Public Safety Officers.
