Planning Commission Meeting of March 14th 2017

The regular meeting of the Planning Commission will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 in the City Commission Room, 45 E. Long Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304-2322, Phone (248) 644-1520, FAX (248) 644-4813.

1. Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance.
   
2. Minutes: Planning Commission meeting held on February 14, 2017.
   
3. The planning commission will consider the request of the property owner at 2401 Opdyke (St. Hugo of the Hills) for an amendment to an approved site plan for parking renovations.
   
4. The planning commission will consider the request of the property owner at 901 Ridgewood for approval of a fence and accessory structure in the front yard.
   
5. The planning commission will consider the request of the property owner at 200 E. Long Lake Road for preliminary and final site plan approval for interior building and exterior site improvements.
