1. Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance.  

2. Minutes:  Planning Commission meeting held on September 13, 2016.

3. The planning commission consider the request of The Village Club at 190 E. Long Lake Road for preliminary and final site plan approval.   

4. The planning commission will consider the request of the property owner at 372 Pine Ridge Drive for approval of work in the natural features setback.
      
5. The planning commission will consider the request from AT & T for a wireless communication Tower at 1805 Kensington Road. 

6. The planning commission will consider the request of the property owner at 40701 Woodward Avenue for final site plan approval.
