1. Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Public Safety Recognition of PSO Splan.
3. The Commission will consider adoption of a resolution honoring City Manager Jay Cravens.
4. Recognition of Citizens in the audience.
5. Consent Agenda A. Bills Payable for October 2016 B. Department Reports: a. Finance Director / Treasurer b. Public Safety c. Engineering C. Minutes: a. 15. The commission will consider the appointment of Interim City Manager David Hendrickson to serve in an ex-officio position on the planning commission.
16. The commission will appoint the election workers to serve at the November 8, 2016 General Election.
17. The commission will discuss a memo from City Clerk Amy Burton regarding the executive search process.
18. The commission will hear City Manager comments.
19. The commission will discuss lead responsibilities.
20. The commission will consider other business.
21. The commission will move into closed session to discuss union negotiations with the city labor attorney.
