Corn Roast, an Indian Summer, Preservation Bloomfield Favorite seeks Sponsors,

Dear Friends,

I am writing to ask you a favor in regard to our upcoming CORN ROAST scheduled for Sunday, September 20th.

Last season an important part of our success equation was SPONSORSHIPS.
These donations leveraged our hard work into producing pure profit for the Barton Farmhouse. This is why they are so important to our organization.

Unfortunately, it may be difficult to approach the same sponsors that were ever so generous for last year’s event.
This is the precise reason I ask each of you to look to your immediate network, reach out, and collect a minimum of a one sponsorship each.
Think about it…..if every recipient of this message reached out we could collect thousands of dollars. We can do it!

The $100 sponsorship includes 2 adult tickets (a $40 value) and recognition on our banner which will be displayed at the registration table.

In addition we can’t take for granted the importance of great ATTENDANCE.
People are the most important aspect to our event where good times are shared and memories made.
So I ask that you participate in a sponsorship and in addition share the attached flyer with your friends, family and/or neighborhood groups.

I want to thank all for your contributions of creativity and hard work in planning this event and to those who will be sponsors.

Rain or shine we are confident that because of YOU this will be our best Corn Roast yet!

Thank you very much.

Michael Dul
