220 Merrill marks second anniversary with benefit for Baldwin Public Library People

220 MERRILL TO MARK SECOND ANNIVERSARY WITH COMMUNITY CELEBRATION & BENEFIT FOR THE BALDWIN PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHAT: In conjunction with their two-year anniversary, 220 Merrill is hosting a daylong celebration to thank the community and give back. On Tuesday, September 13, all are invited to 220 Merrill to enjoy a specially-priced $2.20 menu and live entertainment on the patio while raising a glass for a great local organization.
A portion of the restaurant’s proceeds during the anniversary celebration will be donated to the Baldwin Public Library in Birmingham, to support its literacy and education programs.
The celebration kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with the one-day-only $ Two Dollar and Twenty Cent Menu, which features guest-favorite small plates, cocktails, wine and beer. Musicians will perform live during lunch, and beginning at 5:00 p.m. a DJ will entertain guests. A photo booth and other fun experiences are also planned.
“We are so appreciative of the community and our guests for helping make our first year a great one,” says Denise Ilitch, co-owner of 220 Merrill. “The anniversary celebration is a small way for us to say thank you and give back.”
